Then a creditor has placed an account in your name with us. This page explains how to check the contact is genuine, where you stand, and what to do next.
Verify
First, make sure it is really us.
We are Corticium Sdn. Bhd., company number 201301027197, of 12-2, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah J 9/J, Seksyen 9, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor. Any genuine letter from us carries a file reference and our office contact details.
If you are in any doubt, do not use the numbers on the letter or the number that called you. Look us up independently, through this website or a company search, and call the office line on +60 3 5524 4987 quoting your reference.
We never ask for payment into a personal bank account, and we do not take payment by gift card, top-up voucher or transfer to an individual's e-wallet. Anyone asking for that is not us.

In practice, that means you can expect:
- Contact at reasonable hours, in a professional manner, without harassment or threats.
- Your information handled in confidence, and discussed only with you or someone you have authorised.
- A clear statement of the debt: the creditor, the amount and the reference, so you know exactly what is being collected and for whom.
If you feel any contact from us has fallen short of this, tell us. It is treated as a complaint, looked into, and answered.
