Who we are
A specialist agency, not a call centre.
Corticium Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Selangor on 1 August 2013 and has worked in debt recovery ever since. We operate from our head office in Shah Alam, Selangor, with a branch in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Our core focus is banking, telecommunications, utilities and retail finance.
Working with blue-chip clients, we aim to bring workable outcomes to arrangements between our clients and individuals who have fallen into arrears. We put particular emphasis on keeping a good relationship with our client's customer, not simply closing a file.
Our capability is increasingly sought by the public sector, where the same skills apply to recovering outstanding debt owed to government bodies. In every case the aim is to provide products suited to a client's specific needs while protecting their investment and their brand.
